We would like to welcome you and your family back to the Columbus State University Athletic Department family. As a member of the CSU athletic family, your safety is the upmost concern to our Sports Medicine staff.
 
Every returning student-athlete must complete a CSU Sports Medicine packet before returning to the field or court.
